About the role

Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Lending Originations
• Establish objectives, key results, and performance metrics
• Scope and lead the development of new lending products and features
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver products from inception to launch
• Conduct experiments to improve application completion and conversion rates

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or FinTech
• Proven history of launching customer-facing products with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making
• Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Experience with lending originations or related financial products is preferred

Pay

$127,800 – $204,500 annually
