Senior Product Manager, Platform and Developer Experience
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Platform and Developer Experience to shape the foundation of a modern technology platform used by developers, partners, and customers. The role involves defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading initiatives related to APIs, integrations, developer tooling, and platform capabilities, improving developer onboarding and implementation experiences, partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams, establishing platform success metrics and adoption goals, evaluating technology investments and platform opportunities, gathering customer and developer feedback to drive continuous improvement, communicating platform strategy to stakeholders and leadership teams, and balancing technical priorities with customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform and developer experiences.
- Lead initiatives related to APIs, integrations, developer tooling, and platform capabilities.
- Improve developer onboarding and implementation experiences.
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams.
- Establish platform success metrics and adoption goals.
- Evaluate technology investments and platform opportunities.
- Gather customer and developer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate platform strategy to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Balance technical priorities with customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience with APIs, platform products, integrations, or developer tools
- Experience managing APIs, integrations, platform products, or developer experiences
- Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking
- Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value
- Strong technical and strategic leadership skills
Qualifications
- Experience with developer ecosystems or platform businesses
- Experience with cloud technologies and modern software architectures
- Prior software engineering experience
- Experience building zero-to-one products

Benefits
Worldpay offers competitive compensation, including a good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire of $157,800.00-$238,275.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We also offer a bonus and drug testing for candidates working in the United States.
Pay
The good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $157,800.00-$238,275.00.
