Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the developer experience for a technical platform, guiding users from first discovery through successful integration. You will shape self-service journeys, strengthen API and documentation experiences, and partner closely with engineering to improve adoption and usability. The work will focus on reducing friction for developers while supporting modern integration patterns and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end developer journey from initial visit to successful integration
• Enhance the developer portal and documentation to deliver a strong self-service experience
• Align API offerings with established developer standards and conventions
• Provide debugging tools such as structured responses and verbose logs
• Reduce onboarding friction to improve time-to-first-call for new developers

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on developer products
• Proven expertise in public APIs, SDKs, or developer portals
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and integration practices
• Hands-on experience with modern AI developer ecosystems and LLM integration
• Skilled in creating clear and actionable technical documentation

Pay

$160,000 – $220,000 annually
