About the role

One of the biggest barriers to accessing mental health care today is cost uncertainty and financial constraints. As the Product Manager for Grow’s new Payments Experience team, you will own a charter focused on building a best-in-class experience that gives clients confidence to start and continue care. You will define the product vision and lead a roadmap that transforms one of the most frustrating aspects of healthcare into a meaningful differentiator for Grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and strategy for our Payments Experience team, building an experience that makes using insurance and paying for care an intuitive experience for clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our UXR, Client Support, and Data teams to identify the main opportunities for improvement in our payments experience as it relates to insurance and payments.
  • In collaboration with our Design team, define and deliver an end to end experience that removes friction across insurance and payments while translating complex concepts such as deductibles and coverage changes into clear, intuitive, and actionable experiences for clients.
  • Leverage data and user feedback to prioritize and execute on key initiatives that drive client retention and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, and operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Launch features with a meaningful and measurable impact to client retention and experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a product management role where you owned the full strategy of your end-to-end surface area.
  • Strong analytical skills and a comfort with data analysis and experimentation; you make decisions with data and know how to use data to uncover user needs.
  • Strong prioritization instincts: You know how to balance short-term wins with long-term platform investments and focus on what drives the most impact.
  • User empathy: You enjoy talking to users and translating real pain points into thoughtful product solutions.
  • Adaptability: You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and adjusting as new information emerges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Care about whether the thing you shipped actually moved the needle.
