Senior Product Manager, New Experiences
About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, New Experiences, you will lead the development of new digital experiences for Oura, enhancing the value of the Oura Ring in everyday life. This role requires expertise in coordinating across hardware, software, and cloud services to create intuitive and high-trust user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for new software experiences and platform capabilities
- Define user experiences spanning connected devices, mobile apps, and platform services
- Partner closely with design and engineering to develop features across iOS and Android
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks
- Work with privacy and platform teams to ensure experiences meet high standards for trust, safety, and reliability
- Navigate technical constraints to create simple member experiences
- Develop a strong point of view on expanding into new technology-enabled experiences
- Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional partners to define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer software or connected device products
- Strong experience building products that involve coordination between hardware, software, and cloud services
- Demonstrated success in creating intuitive user experiences with privacy, trust, or policy constraints
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work effectively with mobile, backend, embedded, and platform engineers
- Experience leading 0 to 1 or early-stage product initiatives from concept through launch
- Proven ability to make high-quality product decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- A strong track record of collaborating effectively across design, engineering, data, and other cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
- Passion for consumer technology and curiosity about unlocking meaningful everyday value for members

While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
