Senior Product Manager, Employee Experience
About the role
The Digital Employee Experience Platforms Lead owns the vision and delivery of CoreWeave's AI-driven intranet - a single, intelligent front door into company knowledge, tools, and workflows that brings together live company events, Slack, enterprise search, and how information reaches employees day to day into one connected experience, tailored to every role and persona across the company.
This role also owns the strategy and governance of each of those underlying platforms individually, and sets the standard for how AI shows up across all of them.
Responsibilities
- Split time between policy and governance work that ships quickly and longer-term platform strategy you'll help define from the ground up.
- Work in close partnership with Communications, People team/HR, Engineering, and the AI delivery team.
Requirements
5–10 years of product management experience. Leading digital workplace, employee experience, or internal platform products are a plus.
Experience with platforms such as Slack, Confluence, Glean (or comparable enterprise search), intranet platforms, and employee communications technologies.
Strong understanding of AI products and emerging AI workflows, with the ability to translate new capabilities into product strategy.
Experience leading both platform modernization initiatives and organizational change across cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent judgment in information architecture, digital communications, and employee experience design.
A track record of succeeding in fast-moving, high-growth environments where defining the strategy is as important as executing it.
Qualifications
You love turning ambiguous, cross-functional problems into a concrete roadmap and shipping against it
You're curious about how AI can reshape internal tools and everyday workflows, not just customer-facing products
You're an expert at balancing governance and policy work with hands-on platform building
