Senior Product Manager, Multi-Product Platform

Speak to Kit · Malta, MT · 3 wk ago
Full-time
Overview A well-established gaming and betting business is hiring a Senior Product Manager for their multi-product platform, based hybrid across Malta and Gibraltar (2 days in office, 3 remote). This is a permanent, full-time role paying €150,000 or above. This role exists because the business is ready to make a serious push for a leading position across EMEA online betting, and the product organisation needs to be rebuilt around that ambition. Right now, UX designers and engineers are working in fragmented teams across Casino and Sportsbook, without the shared planning and direction that a platform of this scale demands. The person coming in will unify roughly 150 people across those disciplines, close real product gaps in odds capability and UX quality, and build the governance and culture that turns a collection of capable teams into a coherent, high-performing organisation. This is as much a change leadership role as a product one, and the candidate who thrives here will be someone who knows how to bring engineers and designers along a shared journey rather than simply directing them from above. Key Responsibilities Define and own a unified product vision across Sportsbook, Casino, Poker/Bingo, PAM, and core platformOwn and prioritise a global product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform transformationLead the full product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and optimisationUnify fragmented UX and engineering teams around shared strategic planning and deliveryOwn PAM evolution including wallet, KYC, payments, compliance, and responsible gamingDrive cross-product customer experiences and LTV optimisation across verticalsAct as the central interface between Product, Tech, Trading, CRM, Operations, and ComplianceLead or co-lead key supplier and platform partner relationshipsBuild product governance, rituals, and accountability structures across a large organisationOwn and track product KPIs, identifying performance gaps and growth opportunities Requirements Must-haves 12+ years in product management, including senior leadershipDeep iGaming experience across Sportsbook and CasinoProven delivery across complex, multi-product ecosystemsTrack record leading large cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, product)Strong PAM knowledge: wallet, KYC, payments, AMLExperience navigating regulated, multi-market environmentsPayments and compliance experience at scale (paysafe-level or equivalent)Executive-level stakeholder managementAgile product operating model expertiseData-driven product management and experimentation Nice-to-haves Experience across Poker or Bingo verticalsPlatform architecture and scalability backgroundEMEA market coverage experience What Success Looks Like Within 12 months, siloed Casino and Sportsbook teams are operating as a unified organisation with shared planning, clear ownership, and a functioning governance modelThe odds capability and UX quality gaps are measurably closed, with the platform credibly competing for a leading position in EMEAA clear, executed product roadmap is in place across all verticals, with quarterly delivery plans that stakeholders trustCustomer engagement, retention, and cross-sell metrics are moving in the right directionThe team has a high-performance culture with strong accountability and visible career development Team and Culture The organisation spans roughly 150 UX designers and engineers across Casino and Sportsbook, with significant scope for the right leader to shape how it worksThe business operates across multiple markets and jurisdictions, so comfort with complexity and regulatory nuance is part of the day-to-dayThe hiring manager is looking for someone who leads by bringing people along, not by directing from a distanceThis is a business that moves with urgency: the EMEA ambition is real and the expectation is that the new hire hits the ground quickly Challenges The starting point is fragmentation: teams have been working in separate departments without shared direction, and building trust and alignment across disciplines will take sustained effortThe platform has genuine capability gaps to close, particularly in the odds engine and UX, in a market where competitors are not standing stillManaging a large, multi-disciplinary team across two locations and multiple tech stacks requires someone who can operate at both strategic and human levels simultaneouslyThe regulatory environment across EMEA markets adds real complexity to every product and platform decision, making compliance fluency a practical necessity rather than a background skill
