Senior Product Manager, Merchandising & Marketing Tools

About the role

Impact Shipt is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our marketing/merchandising tools team. We operate a multi-sided marketplace connecting Shoppers, Customers, and Retail partners. Our platform ensures shoppers find meaningful work, community, and flexibility. The role involves building tools for merchandising and marketing teams to enhance the content and promotions experience for customers. This position impacts shoppers' trust in the platform and requires collaboration across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a product vision and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Draw insights from data, define product features, and set success metrics.
• Manage the product backlog, facilitate planning, and track progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage dependencies and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Show a positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in CMS/marketing/merchandising tools.
• Experience in creating product visions and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to feature definition and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, agile environment.

Skills & Education
