This role focuses on scaling the impact of our specialty care programs through strategic acquisition and activation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own growth KPIs for acquisition and activation, ensuring they align with both business and clinical objectives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey, with a particular emphasis on higher-acuity members.
  • Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap, collaborating with various teams to design and execute ethical, clinically sound experiments.
  • Organize cross-functional teams to develop and improve member-facing experiences and internal workflows that enhance care engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and implement strategies for reaching diverse populations.
  • Leverage data to guide product decisions, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies.
  • Create high-quality documentation and artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment within the organization.
  • Guide the product development lifecycle, optimizing processes and rituals to foster a high-velocity, continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, with a proven track record of driving user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Expert-level experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development.
  • Experience working with cross-channel customer marketing platforms and A/B testing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
