Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the member experience product roadmap, aligning with leadership and partners
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to prioritize and deliver on solutions
  • Define and track metrics for product success and member experience improvements
  • Create measurement plans and reports for new features, employing a data-informed approach
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for enhancing member experience with data insights
  • Engage in continuous discovery and user feedback to refine member experience
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience as a product manager in healthcare for digital consumer or B2B2C experiences
  • Experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights for product decisions
  • Familiarity with contact centers and performance metrics
  • Expertise in managing backlogs and breaking down goals into actionable tasks
  • Proficiency with product, design, and project management tools such as Jira and Figma
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Analytics
