Responsibilities
- Contribute to the member experience product roadmap, aligning with leadership and partners
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to prioritize and deliver on solutions
- Define and track metrics for product success and member experience improvements
- Create measurement plans and reports for new features, employing a data-informed approach
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for enhancing member experience with data insights
- Engage in continuous discovery and user feedback to refine member experience
- Foster collaboration among stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations
Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience as a product manager in healthcare for digital consumer or B2B2C experiences
- Experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights for product decisions
- Familiarity with contact centers and performance metrics
- Expertise in managing backlogs and breaking down goals into actionable tasks
- Proficiency with product, design, and project management tools such as Jira and Figma
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Analytics
