Senior Product Manager - Launch and Client Success

PHIL is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the successful launch of new clients onto the PHIL platform and ensure their ongoing success through configuration, client-specific capabilities, and program optimizations.

About the role

In this role, you will lead client discovery and solutioning, guide new manufacturer and provider partners through decisions shaping their B2B and B2C experience, and drive execution to get them live on time and configured correctly. The role flexes with launch demand: during high volume, you will run point on end-to-end implementations; during lower volume, you will contribute to PHIL’s product roadmap. Strong client-facing implementation skills and product management fundamentals are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand goals, constraints, and technical environment, translating them into a concrete launch plan
• Guide clients through B2B2C product decisions affecting end consumer experience, advising on best practices for patients and providers
• Partner with engineering to scope, sequence, and implement client-specific configuration and changes, ensuring technical alignment and on-time delivery
• Set expectations and communicate proactively with client and internal stakeholders, surfacing risks early and adjusting plans as needed
• Track launch outcomes against goals and feed lessons learned back into the launch process to improve efficiency
• Own roadmap work, balancing launch bandwidth with ongoing feature and platform development
• Use data to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and value for manufacturers and providers
• Translate strategic goals—across client (manufacturer) and end-user (patient or provider) needs—into clear product direction and requirements
• Collaborate with design, engineering, client success, and commercial teams to deliver solutions across B2B and B2C surfaces
• Define and track performance metrics tied to business outcomes such as adoption, retention, and value delivered
• Identify opportunities for client program improvement, drive alignment on business value, and own change implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or a similar client-facing product role in a technology-driven environment
• Proven experience leading client or partner implementations, including discovery, project planning, and go-live
• Working knowledge of B2B and B2C product principles, with the ability to advise clients on consumer-facing experience decisions
• Comfortable working directly with engineering teams to scope technical work and make implementation tradeoffs
• Strong project management instincts: able to break down ambiguous work, sequence it, and align stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a bias toward clear documentation
• Comfortable using data to define, monitor, and improve performance metrics
• High-agency and adaptable, able to shift between deep client implementation work and standard product management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another complex, regulated domain is a plus

Pay
