Senior Product Manager - IRIS

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our risk adjustment product. This role is ideal for someone with experience working on data products in the value-based care space. Our risk adjustment product combines our analytics platform with our medical coding services to surface key financial insights and ensure accurate, compliant coding.
Responsibilities
- Partner with design and engineering to shape the next generation of our risk adjustment platform.
- Engage directly with clients to uncover pain points, surface unmet needs, and translate insights into product improvements.
- Collaborate across customer success, sales, and engineering to ensure our products meet market demands and stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
- Define clear goals and KPIs to measure impact, inform prioritization, and drive value.
- Develop high-quality documentation and artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in healthcare, preferably in a startup setting.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Value-Based-Care (VBC) and financial analytics, with demonstrated comfort with CMS risk adjustment.
- Ability to interface directly with customers and navigate ambiguity across all stages of product development.
- Comfort collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams toward successful product delivery.
- Proficiency writing SQL queries, including multi-table joins and aggregations.
- Familiarity with medical claims data is a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $160K–$175K. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. The role will offer equity and possibly a bonus.
