About the role
The Search and Listings team at Compass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of key products including Reverse Prospecting, Make Me Sell, Buyer Demand, and Network. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will drive the roadmap and prioritize innovative features while ensuring continuous adaptation to market changes.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of Compass inventory, focusing on Private Exclusive and Coming Soon programs.
- Deliver enhancements that improve agent workflows and enhance customer experiences.
- Lead the "Inventory" domain and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agile methodologies.
- Manage the software development lifecycle, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities for additional value.
- Work closely with agents, consumers, and internal stakeholders to define high-level product direction and solve specific challenges.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in progressive product management roles, building and launching successful products and features.
- Ability to gather and prioritize requirements from various sources, understanding underlying needs and rationalizing them across stakeholders.
- Experience working with business stakeholders at the executive level.
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, capable of leading by influence in cross-functional and executive settings.
- Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A B.S. or equivalent in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) is preferred.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $137,000 - $152,000, with bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the compensation package. Base pay is based on market location and minimum wage requirements are met.
