As part of Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA), you’ll help reinvent hiring by delivering unprecedented scale, sophistication, and accuracy for Amazon’s Talent Acquisition operations. ITA is an industry-leading people science and technology organization that connects the right people to the right jobs through advanced assessments, AI, and machine learning. Last year, ITA delivered over 6 million online candidate assessments, enabling merit-based hiring for hundreds of thousands of associates worldwide.

You’ll work on state-of-the-art research, software tools, and AI systems to solve complex hiring challenges using Amazon’s in-house tech stack built on AWS. This role offers autonomy and flexibility to bring innovative solutions to life, with the potential to transform hiring globally.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Program, Tech, and Science teams across the product development lifecycle to deliver innovative products for candidates and recruiters.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for ITA’s most impactful products, bridging product development and end-users/customers.
  • Create and maintain Voice of Customer (VOC) and Customer Success mechanisms to align technical capabilities with business needs, ensuring optimal cost, speed, and quality outcomes.
  • Develop data-driven mechanisms to uncover opportunities for improving product health and hiring funnels.
  • Collaborate with science, technical, and product teams to derive requirements, develop delivery mechanisms, and research new talent assessment capabilities.
  • Execute change management communications and training for internal and external customers.
  • Negotiate platform integration, technical support, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • End-to-end product delivery experience, including feature tradeoffs.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner of technology products.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to influence without authority across organizational levels.
  • Experience working backwards from the customer and driving large-scale, matrixed global projects.

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Pay

  • USA, NY, New York: $152,200.00 - $206,000.00 USD annually
  • USA, VA, Arlington: $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
