About the role

Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI models tailored specifically for healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI models using machine learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and healthcare experts.
  • Implement AI solutions to optimize revenue cycle processes.
  • Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development and healthcare industry.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare RCM and its challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful AI projects in healthcare.
  • Experience with healthcare-specific datasets and algorithms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
