Senior Product Manager (Hybrid)
About the role
We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and evolution of Insulet's enterprise Integration Services Platform. This is a true product leadership role focused on defining strategy, prioritizing value, and delivering measurable business outcomes, not project management or delivery coordination.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Integration Services Platform.
- Own product strategy, prioritization, and backlog management across multiple Agile engineering teams.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable API and integration solutions.
- Drive product discovery using customer feedback, operational data, and business priorities.
- Develop product requirements, features, and user stories that enable successful delivery.
- Lead roadmap planning, PI Planning, and cross-functional prioritization.
- Champion the evolution toward a modern self-service integration platform.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience leading technical platform or infrastructure products.
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs within Agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, and platform architecture.
- MuleSoft experience strongly preferred; comparable enterprise API management platforms will also be considered.
- Experience working within Agile/SAFe environments, including PI Planning.
- Ability to balance long-term product strategy with hands-on backlog ownership.
- Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industry experience is a plus.

Pay and Schedule
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $100-$108/hr, DOE and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
