Senior Product Manager - Hit It Rich!
Position Overview
Join us in our mission to connect the world through games and to delight consumers with exhilarating social gaming experiences! Zynga is looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Product Manager who can own projects, drive results and directly impact business performance of large-scale games. As Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross functional group to write product specifications, drive features through launch and understand metrics to make data driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for new features and optimizations, from initial concept and specification writing through to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Design Features: Author clear and comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development team.
- Execute on Strategy: Partner with leadership to inform and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your area of focus, ensuring alignment with our core business goals.
- Be Data-Driven: Define, monitor, and analyze core metrics and KPIs. Use a hypothesis-driven approach to design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Collaborate daily with engineering, design, art, and data science to balance business objectives, player experience, and technical investment.
- Be the Voice of the Player: Translate player feedback, community insights, and market analysis into actionable product requirements and innovative feature ideas.
- Drive Results: Take full ownership of your features' performance, consistently tracking results against defined expectations and communicating outcomes to the broader team.
What You Bring
- Product Management Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing mobile apps, web, or game development.
- Strong Product Sense: A proven ability to concept new feature ideas, understand the competitive market landscape, and deconstruct user-facing problems.
- Analytical Acumen: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; a natural curiosity for data and the ability to use it to make informed, high-impact decisions.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills. You can effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from small teams to senior leadership.
- Execution and Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team-first mentality, with experience interpreting community feedback and a passion for sharing insights that help other PMs grow.
- Passion for Games: A genuine passion for games and crafting fun, compelling, and exciting user experiences.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay
- Ontario: $96,000 – $142,000 CAD per year
- California: $115,000 – $160,000 USD per year
Base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Total compensation package may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards.
