Senior Product Manager, HELOC Decisioning

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for decisioning and verification experience
• Collaborate across teams to expand underwriting guidelines for new borrowers
• Define backend logic for underwriting to balance risk accuracy and operational friction
• Leverage new data and ML to increase automation and instant approvals in underwriting
• Enhance decisioning systems to improve operational efficiency and portfolio quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on fast-moving, customer-focused teams
• Strong blend of quantitative metrics and qualitative insights-driven decision-making
• Experience authoring and executing multi-quarter roadmaps and understanding the implications of product decisions
• Analytical problem-solving skills with clear and persuasive communication ability
• Ownership mindset and a willingness to improve yourself and your team
• Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to clearly present trade-offs
