What You'll Be Doing

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware infrastructure supporting large-scale chip and software development ensuring performance, reliability and scalability.

Partner closely with internal engineering teams to integrate infrastructure tools seamlessly into day-to-day development and optimize hardware engineer workflows.

Own the evolution of infrastructure architecture, aggressively accelerate chip design using state of the art AI solutions, and structure of code to support complex programs, distributed teams.

Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering leaders to deliver those roadmaps against extremely ambitious timelines and goals.

Establish processes, metrics and indicators and use data to amplify team performance, measure impact on business outcomes, communicate and resolve bottlenecks, address issues, prioritization.

Drive long-term investments in scalability and reliability to support growing codebases, increasing team sizes, and next-generation silicon and software programs.

Champion guidelines in maintaining code integrity, review standards, and versioning strategies to enable efficient collaboration and reduce integration risk ahead of tapeout.
