Senior Product Manager, Growth Marketing Platform

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for a comprehensive growth marketing platform
• Translate marketer requirements into actionable platform features such as audience segmentation and personalization
• Collaborate with Engineering to design AI-driven features for improved marketing workflows
• Establish KPIs for measuring marketing effectiveness and lead experimentation initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and alignment of priorities
• Facilitate platform adoption by creating training materials and documentation for marketers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth marketing, CRM, or MarTech platforms
• Successful track record of developing product strategies and roadmaps for complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong data analysis skills, particularly in A/B testing and familiarity with SQL or product analytics tools
• Experience collaborating with Marketing teams to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, adept at drafting PRDs, strategy documents, and aligning with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Compensation

$185,000 – $199,500 annually
