Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmapping for self-serve growth
  • Optimize the user experience for invites, sharing, and joining

  • Lead a continuous experimentation practice to measure impact
  • Oversee the free-to-paid conversion process and pricing strategies
  • Work with Sales to integrate self-serve and sales-assisted growth strategies
  • Leverage AI to improve onboarding and user collaboration experiences

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in growth and engagement
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in activation and retention
  • Expertise in experimentation methodologies and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
  • Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies
  • Proficient in using AI tools and insights for operational improvements
  • Exceptional communication skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in monetization strategies for self-serve models
