Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmapping for self-serve growth
- Optimize the user experience for invites, sharing, and joining
- Drive initiatives to enhance user re-engagement and retention
- Collaborate with Marketing to align acquisition efforts with in-product activation
- Lead a continuous experimentation practice to measure impact
- Oversee the free-to-paid conversion process and pricing strategies
- Work with Sales to integrate self-serve and sales-assisted growth strategies
- Leverage AI to improve onboarding and user collaboration experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in growth and engagement
- Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in activation and retention
- Expertise in experimentation methodologies and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
- Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies
- Proficient in using AI tools and insights for operational improvements
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience in monetization strategies for self-serve models
