What we are looking for:

  • A knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (APIs, Big Data, Native UIs) to incorporate into building great products
  • Significant experience in technical workflows; an ability to contribute to architectural discussions, manage technical debt, and lead engineering squads through complex deployments
  • Experience working on or closely with an SEO team to scale product led site growth
  • Understanding of technical fundamentals such as SSR, Schema, metadata, and site speed
  • Someone comfortable with backend products who is not afraid to challenge the norm and do what is right for the team
  • Proficiency in handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R
  • A product centric mindset to take a product from ideation to production and continually iterate improvements
  • Strong familiarity with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and using data to guide product decisions

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative, merchant focused products that drive revenue and customer value
  • Own day to day operations of product, including identifying bugs or leverage opportunities via comprehensive understanding of data
  • Own day to day setting and monitoring of KPIs (requires strong SQL/data analysis skills)
  • Use SQL to build a data-backed strategy, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues
  • Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver site features for all visitors
  • Partner closely with the SEO team to translate high-level search strategies into scalable product features and automated page enhancements
  • Write detailed PRDs and define technical requirements that give engineering the clarity they need to build robust, high-performance systems (SSR, Schema, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers to launch programmatic page templates that prioritize user outcomes and intuitive design at scale.
  • Define the end-to-end vision and lead the roadmap and backlog for the site, ensuring every project stacks toward long-term growth.
  • Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system’s compliance with enterprise patterns
  • Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
  • Create a vision and roadmap for your product that fuels overall visitor experience & growth
  • Partner with analysts, data scientists, designers, engineers, and others to continuously refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments and product launches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platform
  • Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in an SEO product role or partnering with an SEO team
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: - A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience building and scaling automated systems or complex product platforms in either fast growing Consumer or B2B SaaS environments
