Senior Manager, Product Management: Capital One Shopping (Remote-Eligible)

About the role

Join our growing team in Capital One Shopping. As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you'll use data to tell stories, form hypotheses, and define metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. You'll work in a dynamic environment where you can reimagine and innovate product solutions, leveraging emerging technologies like API's, Big Data, and Native UI's.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure system compliance with enterprise patterns
• Push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
• Create a vision and roadmap for your product that addresses stakeholder needs
• Partner with analysts, data scientists, designers, engineers, and others to continuously refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments and product launches
• Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project

Requirements

• A knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (API's, Big Data, Native UI's)
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• At least 4 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience working with SQL

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• At least 4 years of Product Management experience

Pay

Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management in Remote (Regardless of Location).
