About the Role
Procurement Partners is building the AI-native spend-management network for healthcare, the connective tissue between providers, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and suppliers. The Senior Product Manager for the GPO & Supplier Network owns the product solutions for these personas. This role identifies what buyers need across procurement, accounts payable, and analytics, and builds on existing solutions to extend derivative, value-added capabilities to suppliers across the supply chain, helping capture more compliant Spend Under Management across the network. Success is measured not only in features shipped but in spend brought under contract, GPO and supplier value unlocked, and new partner channels opened.
Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Senior Product Manager partners directly with GPO partners, supplier stakeholders, and internal provider-side product teams to define, validate, and deliver network capabilities, leveraging the company's innovation labs to build differentiated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the GPO product line: define and deliver tools that give GPOs live visibility into member purchasing, contract compliance, and program performance, replacing conversations on data roughly three months in arrears with timely, data-informed engagement.
- Build the contract-compliance and contract-saturation capabilities that drive the GPO's core growth.
- Translate GPO business models (admin-fee economics, member growth, savings realization, membership ROI) into product requirements, including contract repositories, program visibility, member-savings analytics, and paths to launch new member programs.
- Serve as the product point of contact for active GPO partnerships and prospects, converting discovery and validation into committed, sellable capabilities.
- Own the supplier experience, enabling suppliers with tools to see demand, defend accounts, recapture lost spend, and win new business on the network. Extend provider-side capabilities into supplier-facing value: contract-performance and leakage intelligence, customer-spend analytics and opportunity guidance, order matching, recall workflows, and faster payment.
- Partner with commercial and finance teams to define supplier monetization.
- Champion the leveraged-platform model: build once for providers, then extend the same work to suppliers and GPOs. Coordinate closely with provider-side product managers, Platform Services, Data and Analytics, and Architecture so network capabilities ride shared foundations rather than one-off integrations, and so every provider build compounds into supplier and GPO value.
- Write clear, spec-driven requirements that plug into the AI-PDLC operating mode.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8 or more years in product management, with a track record of owning a product line or platform area from strategy through delivery.
- Experience with multi-sided networks, marketplaces, or platform / B2B2X products is required.
- Background in healthcare, procurement / supply chain, GPO / contract management, AP or spend management, or adjacent B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with GPO economics, contract compliance, or post-acute / non-acute (PAC/NAC) healthcare is a significant advantage; healthcare experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong discovery and validation skills, able to run partner and customer conversations, size markets, and prioritize on evidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; can move fluidly between a GPO executive, a supplier partner, an engineer, and the board.
- Data-informed and outcome-oriented; defines and instruments the metrics that prove impact.
- Collaborative and low-ego; thrives working across product, engineering, commercial, and external partners in a shared-foundations organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, GPO, or spend-management domain experience.
- Familiarity with post-acute / non-acute (PAC/NAC) healthcare.
- Experience with marketplaces or B2B2X monetization models.
