About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the global content strategy for our Class III Gaming Operations portfolio. This strategic leadership role places you at the center of how our world-class slot content is developed, prioritized, and delivered to market. You will work at the crossroads of creative studios, commercial strategy, and market performance, crafting a multi-year roadmap that drives measurable growth across regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a 12–24 month roadmap for Gaming Ops, based on market data, player behavior, and commercial outcomes.
- Own the success of a diverse portfolio—optimizing across themes, styles of play, IPs, and configurations to ensure efficient floor performance, revenue, and lifecycle longevity.
- Work directly with internal studios to build game direction, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic priorities.
- Serve as the voice of the market—translating insights into clear product direction and identifying whitespace opportunities ahead of competitors.
- Align collaborators across commercial, creative, analytics, and operations to complete a unified vision.
- Make high-stakes decisions on features, themes, and releases—balancing innovation with proven performance drivers.
- Guide products from concept through approval and partner with commercial groups for successful launch strategies.
- Manage lifecycle management for the portfolio.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management, game strategy, or gaming operations (slots experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success managing game portfolios or content roadmaps.
- Experience working closely with game studios, math/build teams, or commercial/Gaming Ops functions.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to interpret performance metrics and market trends.
- Track record of driving outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Deep understanding of Class III / land-based slot performance drivers (math models, volatility, denomination strategy, cabinet considerations, etc.).
- Proven ability to translate game performance data into actionable product decisions.
- Strong commercial instincts—understand what sells, where, and why.
- Experience influencing creative direction while maintaining data-backed rigor.
- Comfortable making fast, high-quality decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively from executive leadership to studio teams.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Pay
Pay range: $108,500 - $201,500 per year. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
