About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, F&I and Payments to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and technology to ensure alignment on product development.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for new product features.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Manage product launches and post-launch support to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
- Strong understanding of F&I (Finance and Insurance) products and their integration with vehicle sales.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new products.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence decision-making across various departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
