About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to design, develop, and support scalable, cloud-native applications for retail and eCommerce. This hybrid position involves defining and executing AI product strategy, identifying opportunities for AI, and collaborating across various teams. The role requires a strong understanding of customer and business needs, technical fluency, and the ability to move from discovery to production launch and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of consumers and operators to identify AI opportunities.
- Define and communicate a clear AI product vision and strategy.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences and measurable outcomes.
- Lead product discovery through stakeholder feedback and market research.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure successful AI product deployment and operation.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in product management, delivering digital products at scale.
- 2 years of experience leading AI, machine learning, or data products initiatives.
- Technical fluency with modern technology platforms, microservices, and APIs.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-informed product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
