Role Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining the Enterprise Fleet Mastercard product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs
- Prioritizing initiatives that enhance controls, security, rebates, and reporting capabilities for enterprise customers
- Staying ahead of Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Specs, fleet payment innovations, and regulatory requirements
- Serving as the Product Owner for an Agile Scrum team, leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Owning and managing the product backlog, ensuring high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with engineering, UX, and data teams to ensure smooth development cycles and scalable solutions
- Tracking and analyzing key product metrics, ensuring accountability for business and customer outcomes
- Working with sales, account management, and implementation teams to drive enterprise customer adoption
- Partnering with marketing and sales enablement to position new features effectively
- Ensuring seamless API and platform integrations with ERP systems, fleet management software, and telematics providers
- Conducting ongoing discovery efforts to understand enterprise fleet customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Synthesizing insights from user research, analytics, sales feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities
- Serving as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions address real operational challenges
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on B2B payments, fleet management, or commercial card products
- Strong understanding of Mastercard Fleet Spec, digital payments, and transaction security
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and development tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Proven ability to define and measure product success through key performance metrics
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical details for executives and business objectives for engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
