Senior Product Manager, Developer Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for source control systems
• Integrate source control into daily development and optimize workflows
• Lead evolution of repository architecture and access controls
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on scalable source control solutions
• Establish metrics to inform product prioritization and measure impact
• Drive long-term investments for scalability and reliability
• Champion code integrity guidelines and review standards

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of product management experience in developer platforms or internal tools
• Solid understanding of source control systems like Git and Perforce
• Demonstrated experience in product development lifecycle with technical teams
• Proven track record in defining product strategy and prioritizing roadmaps
• Experience with large-scale codebases and associated challenges
• Analytical skills for defining metrics and improving workflow efficiency
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence across teams
