Senior Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the ecosystem strategy in collaboration with the Partnerships team, focusing on growth and strategic direction
• Manage the company's integration portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and partner contributions
• Own the MCP strategy, designing how external AI systems interact with the company's platform
• Establish success metrics for developer adoption and integration usage, continuously refining the ecosystem vision
• Drive executive alignment on ecosystem goals and integration roadmap priorities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on developer-facing products like APIs and developer portals
• Proven experience in building or scaling a developer ecosystem and understanding its growth dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to determine when to build, partner, or enable third-party development
• Technical understanding of API design and webhook architecture, with ability to communicate without engineering translation
• Experience collaborating closely with Partnerships or Business Development teams on product and roadmap alignment
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations using first-principles thinking
