Senior Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem

Ecosystem Strategy & Vision

You'll work closely with Boulevard's Partnerships team to define the ecosystem strategy, including who we build for, where we play, and how we grow. Your work will shape the build-vs-partner framework and the integration roadmap.

Partner & Integration Experience

You'll own Boulevard's integration portfolio, from 1st party integrations (like Shopify and QuickBooks) to the developer platform and partnerships that expand what Boulevard can deliver. You'll also shape how integrations create compounding value for self-care businesses.

MCP & AI Connectivity

Own Boulevard's MCP strategy, defining where we play, what we expose, and how we turn this into a differentiator. Ensure external AI agents and systems interact effectively with Boulevard on behalf of businesses and clients.

Define and Measure Success

Define what success looks like for developer adoption, integration usage, and partner-driven revenue impact. Use these signals to continuously refine the vision and roadmap.

What You'll Bring

• Platform PM experience: 5+ years in product management, with significant time owning developer-facing products
• Ecosystem strategy depth: Experience contributing to building or scaling a developer ecosystem
• Build vs. partner judgment: Framework for making decisions on when to build in-house, enable third-party developers, or form strategic partnerships
• Technical fluency: Ability to discuss API design, webhook architecture, and MCP without needing engineering assistance
• Partnership collaboration: Experience working in close, shared-accountability relationships with a Partnerships or BD team
• Executive communication: Clear communication of complex technical tradeoffs to cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership
• First-principles thinking: Energized by ambiguity and ability to bring clarity and structure to evolving spaces

Preferred

• Fluency with AI tools as part of your own practice
• Experience in vertical SaaS, services-industry platforms, or multi-tenant B2B environments
