About the role

Amazon's Middle Mile Fleet Team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager with a passion for innovation and a commitment to improving customer experience. The ideal candidate will own cost strategy for fleet management, driving cost performance and optimizing operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions to detect cost anomalies and surface cost optimization opportunities
• Develop and manage products and programs to improve planning accuracy
• Partner with technical teams to influence and implement solutions
• Manage stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and success
• Deliver strong results under minimal guidance, thinking strategically and executing methodically
• Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences
• Drive projects forward with a strong entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to take initiative

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• High degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems and develop solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to roll up their sleeves
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
