The Opportunity...

What You'll Do

• Product Execution
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for container and cloud protection
• Write precise, implementation-ready PRDs and user stories
• Validate solutions hands-on
• Prioritize the backlog based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and competitive positioning
• Define and validate requirements for cloud-native protection and recovery
• Customer & Market Insights
• Conduct deep technical discovery with enterprise customers
• Reproduce and diagnose customer-reported issues
• Gather and synthesize field feedback, customer requests, and partner input
• Perform competitive analysis
• Technical Enablement
• Build and maintain technical demos
• Author best-practice guides and product documentation
• Support sales engineering

Who You Are

• Essential Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of product management or engineering experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or data protection
• Hands-on experience with containerized environments
• Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience with OpenShift-specific features
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience with service mesh technologies
• Hands-on experience with container storage interfaces
• Experience with virtualization platforms and data protection
• Knowledge of compliance requirements

Pay

Pay Range: $123,250 - $247,250 USD
