About the Role
Every transaction that flows through Boulevard is a moment of truth—for the client receiving a service and for the business running operations. Commerce is the transactional layer thousands of businesses rely on to deliver exceptional client service, transact, and grow revenue. As Boulevard expands upmarket, supports complex franchise brands, and grows internationally, the commerce experience must scale—becoming more flexible, reliable, and intuitive for operators and clients.
As Senior Product Manager for Commerce Experience, you’ll partner closely with a dedicated engineering and design team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to translate underlying capabilities into experiences that feel obvious, trustworthy, and complete for businesses and their clients. You’ll bring rigor to measuring and improving these experiences over time, using data and customer insight to close the gap between current and ideal states.
Responsibilities
- Own consumer-facing flows end-to-end, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and operators.
- Connect the dots across complex workflows, multiple personas, and technical constraints to make product decisions that simplify experiences.
- Drive experiences spanning the full transaction lifecycle—from checkout to financial reporting, accounting, and other critical business tools.
- Collaborate with design early, pushing for high-quality experiences while maintaining a focus on what’s shippable.
- Anchor on outcomes, cutting through ambiguity to identify the right problems and measure success by real impact on the business or users.
- Influence cross-functionally, working effectively with product, engineering, and adjacent teams without direct authority.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, sharpen tradeoffs, and move faster in your work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Track record of owning consumer-facing flows end-to-end.
- Experience with full transaction lifecycles, including checkout, financial reporting, and accounting tools.
- Strong partnership with design, balancing high-quality experiences with practical execution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and focus on outcomes that drive real business or user impact.
- Cross-functional influence, moving work forward even when ownership lines are blurry.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your product management practice.

- Experience in vertical SaaS or services-industry platforms.

- Competitive base salary: $137,000 - $185,700 (NYC, SF Bay Area, Seattle) or $120,400 - $163,000 (other U.S. locations), with potential variable compensation.
