Senior Product Manager (Clinical)
About the role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly rigorous Senior Product Manager, Clinical Product to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous optimization of our diagnostics experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user flows for our high-end, in-clinic diagnostics, including scaling and optimizing our in-house Whole-Body MRI program, advanced musculoskeletal strength training evaluations (e.g., video movement analysis, DEXA), and VO2 max testing.
- Collaborate with local clinical, operations, and technical experts to design physical and digital workflows that minimize human error, reduce data capture friction, and optimize for the member experience.
- Own the product scope and logistics for out-of-clinic data gathering protocols, such as mobile phlebotomy deployment kits and home-based multi-day sleep screening studies.
- Ruthlessly collect qualitative and quantitative feedback loops from clinic teams, sales channels, and members to pinpoint exact friction points - moving the user mindset from a "one-and-done physical exam" to a committed, year-over-year health optimization protocol.
- Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

- Strong comfort utilizing product analytics to analyze internal and external feedback to inform future development priorities.
- Highly motivated, creative, and completely comfortable setting up structured product parameters within an ambiguous, hyper-growth startup setting.
