Senior Product Manager (Campaign Execution)
About the role
This person will report to a Director of Product as well as a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and QE, while collaborating with product managers in adjacent product areas. The campaign execution team is responsible for StackAdapt’s core product and how marketers execute on their marketing campaigns. Our vision is to enable marketers to execute any campaign they envision and to deliver the best performance possible for their campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own and create the roadmap, and define the long-term vision for the Campaign Execution team.
- Rethink the campaign-building experience through an AI-first lens and transform the workflow into a more intelligent and automated experience.
- Deliver product specs that capture user needs along with clear direction for the engineering, design, and QA teams on how the feature should behave and what success looks like.
- Drive features through to completion, delivering high-quality results while dealing with ambiguity, and create products that increase customer engagement with the StackAdapt platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering complex projects across multiple milestones.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify problems, understand them deeply, and figure out different solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to tailor your approach when working with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams.
- Keen design sense; ability to look at a feature and understand it through a user’s eyes.
- Clarity of writing denotes clarity of thought; ability to capture and distill ideas into written words to build consensus around your vision.
- Martech experience is preferred but not required.
- A Computer Science or Engineering background is preferred but not required to ensure you can understand and communicate technical concepts.

Pay
Canada Base Salary Band: $168,000 CAD - $231,000 CAD
USA Base Salary Band: $140,000 USD - $192,500 USD
The compensation range reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. Final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location and may include additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, or equity awards. Factors influencing final compensation include the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, relevant education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
