Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with 15+ years of product management experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise-scale products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering customer-centric solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving products from concept through successful launch. This is a W2-only opportunity for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Texas.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, and product roadmaps.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience defining product KPIs and using data to drive product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud-based products.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar product management tools.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather, prioritize, and manage business and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product release activities.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify new product opportunities.
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals and customer needs.
