Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with 15+ years of product management experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise-scale products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering customer-centric solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving products from concept through successful launch. This is a W2-only opportunity for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Texas.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven expertise in managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, and product roadmaps.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Experience defining product KPIs and using data to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud-based products.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar product management tools.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather, prioritize, and manage business and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product release activities.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new product opportunities.
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals and customer needs.
