Basic Qualifications
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, hardware, or supply chain roles
- Experience analyzing component level risks or bill of materials (BOM)
- Familiarity with semiconductor components
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) in server, data center, or electronics hardware
- Ability to interpret component data sheets, and understanding of quality and reliability
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem
- Strong technical problem-solving skill from components to board and system Level
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
Pay
- Base salary range: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
