Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of personalization in the Paramount+ sign-up flow and Pluto TV registration experiences.
- Help define and lead the multi-year product strategy across Paramount+ and Pluto TV for sign-up flow/registration flow optimization.
- Build the specifications to develop real-time, personalized experiences in the sign-up flow (in cases with both low-information and high-information).
- Partner with product, design, content, platform engineering, and data science teams to deliver measurable user outcomes.
- Support the development of semantic search and browse experiences using embeddings, query understanding, and domain-specific model architectures.
- Apply experimentation best practices, including A/B testing and offline evaluation, to inform model and feature improvements.
- Collaborate with and learn from senior engineers and scientists, contributing to a solid and growing Applied ML culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data, machine learning, or highly technical platforms.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts (e.g., recommendation systems, ranking, experimentation) and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of spearheading end-to-end product initiatives, from problem definition and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration.
- Experience working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver data-driven products at scale.
- Fluency in experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, metric design, and interpreting results to inform product decisions.
- Ability to define clear product requirements, prioritize successfully, and balance short-term wins with long-term platform investments.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with data and ML ecosystems (e.g., BigQuery, experimentation platforms, model lifecycle concepts) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
