Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy, including specifications and roadmaps for Metrology Business Unit (MBU) products.
- Coordinate product life cycle initiatives and track product health.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) and next-generation product initiatives.
- Engage cross-functionally with account managers, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
- Manage and own Product Life Cycle (PLC) gate reviews.
- Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for new products.
- Assist Technical Account Managers (TAMs) in specification reviews.
- Prioritize engineering projects based on field input and internal resource availability.
- Work closely with Project Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or similar discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, Physics, or related) and a minimum of 3 years of experience; or advanced degree required.
- Must be comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, system block diagrams, electrical schematics, engineering specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and motivate individuals without direct authority.
- Takes initiative to begin projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially presentation and storytelling.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Semiconductor/Semiconductor capital equipment experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Inspection and Metrology is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% as required.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $115,200.00 - $172,800.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
