This role sits on the Neuroscience Commercial Team and reports to the Senior Director, Neuroscience Marketing. The Senior Product Manager will lead US marketing initiatives focused on driving customer conversion to help the Dysport team achieve near-term revenue goals and deliver on ambitious brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead yearly Dysport tactical planning and development of brand content for peer-to-peer education, aligned to key brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute Injector training programs that drive customer conversion.
  • Plan and execute the Neuroscience Speakers Bureau.
  • Consistently track KPIs associated with all responsible tactics and communicate performance regularly.
  • Partner with the sales team on day-to-day activities, POA/NBM leadership, and marketing budget management.
  • Collaborate with training and field leadership to ensure best-in-class training for the field force.
  • Build and execute marketing project plans on time and on budget in collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Engage in KTL planning and actively foster key external relationships related to the Speakers Bureau and other tactical development.
  • Ensure compliant execution of all promotional activities in accordance with AMA, ACCME, PhRMA, and FDA regulations.
  • Work with advanced analytics to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of brand strategy.
  • Incorporate insights from primary and secondary research into the development of field promotional tactics.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of progressive biopharmaceutical marketing experience, demonstrating strong tactical execution.
  • Neuroscience and/or specialty experience is a strong plus.
  • Biopharma sales experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve key milestones and business objectives while working with peers and colleagues with and without direct authority.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
  • Experience managing and providing direction to agency teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel domestically (20%).

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $127,500 - $187,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.
