Senior Product Manager

About the role

Translate business strategy and stakeholder insights into actionable product plans. Define and prioritize requirements at the epic and feature level. Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and operations teams for timely delivery. Drive product discovery, roadmap definition, go-to-market planning, and identify future platform opportunities. Lead PI planning and backlog prioritization across multiple teams and release trains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in product management
• Advanced knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology and experience leading agile teams
• Prominent ability to manage complex backlogs and prioritize features in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic product decisions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leadership
• Deep understanding of risk management principles, ideally in financial services or lending

Qualifications

Competitive salary range of $101,500 - $169,100 per year. Flexible paid time off program. Comprehensive benefits package.
