Senior Product Manager

About the role

Flexcar is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its fast-moving product team and take on high-impact independent work across multiple product verticals. The role involves identifying opportunities, building the business case, executing across various functions, and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end, accountable for outcomes across one or more product verticals.
• Contribute in a variety of ways, including building seamless partnerships with engineering and design teams.
• Work in the in-between spaces, such as problem definition, stakeholder alignment, competitive research, pilot building, and post-launch learning.
• Execute through cross-functional collaboration, communicating ideas clearly and building trust across the organization.
• Build with AI, thoughtfully, using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Claude Design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years owning a product area independently.
• Proven ability to build seamlessly with partners in engineering and design.
• Strong analytical skills and genuine comfort with data.
• Track record of operating effectively in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
• Genuine interest in AI and experience using AI tools in your workflow.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, noticing issues and fixing them without being asked.
• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders beyond a core squad.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at a company with significant technological and operational complexity.
• Prior experience working in a startup or similar growth-phase environment.
• Experience building or shipping AI-assisted features or tooling.

Skills

• Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
• Ability to work independently and in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay

$115,000 - $164,000 + Full Benefit Package Day One

Schedule

Exempt Full Time – 5 days in office - 50 hours
