About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own meaningful surface area across our complex, interconnected product. This includes defining the roadmap, the go-to-market narrative, ensuring clarity end-to-end, and whatever the product needs. You will support the breadth of the platform and take on deeper ownership of specific areas as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the success of your product area, including product direction, quality of what ships, and revenue and customer outcomes.
- Define a roadmap for the sprint, the next quarter, and the next year of your product area.
- Develop the go-to-market narrative for your area, focusing on value drivers and differentiation relative to the competitive landscape.
- Ensure the product is well-documented, covering how it works, how to demo it, and customer onboarding processes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, taking customer calls, reproducing bugs, and helping move things forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience at high growth tech companies or founding experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of taking things from 0 to 1.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Experience with SQL is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
