Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and multi-year roadmap for professional liability product lines, ensuring alignment with broad organizational goals.Translate market research, industry trends, and customer insights into actionable product developments and coverage enhancements.Manage the full lifecycle of policy forms and endorsements from concept through regulatory filing and launch.Partner with actuarial and underwriting teams to analyze loss ratios, monitor rate adequacy, and set competitive pricing.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to communicate product features and optimize targeted campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a closely related discipline.5+ years of experience in P&C insurance product management or underwriting, specifically within professional liability or malpractice lines.Active State Property & Casualty (P&C) license with a strong understanding of state insurance regulatory and rate filing processes.Proven analytical ability to translate complex actuarial data and market feedback into clear, profitable product decisions.Bonus Points: Master's degree, underwriting certifications (RPLU, CPCU, AU), or specialized experience in healthcare/allied health liability.
