About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of Agentic Commerce capabilities. This role will focus on the strategy and execution of frameworks, features, and services that enable seamless, secure transactions. The individual will partner with Engineering, Product, and cross‑functional teams to shape intuitive commerce journeys powered by AI agents.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to apply evolving technologies like Agent-to-Agent Protocol and Agentic Payments Protocol for AI agent‑facilitated payments.
- Balance the needs of customers and stakeholders to define technical solutions, shape product requirements, and deliver platform capabilities.
- Define strategies for fraud prevention, disputes management, and service handling related to agentic transactions in partnership with Fraud and Servicing teams.
- Define and champion industry standards and protocols for agentic payments with Network and Product teams.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to adhere to data governance principles and payments regulations.
- Work cross‑functionally to define requirements for data sharing and integrations with merchants, PSPs, and AI/LLM partners.
- Partner with UX research, design, and application teams to build and launch self‑service dashboards and experiences.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product Enablement teams on partner requirements and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to balance near‑term execution with long‑term strategy.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product development or a similar role.
- Experience with issuer payments, including digital payments, fraud prevention, disputes, and payment processing.
- Understanding of technology and product development processes, with the ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical partners.
- Ability to reconcile competing needs across customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to assess how project components interact.
- Ability to recognize issues and determine resolutions through creative problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills across cross‑functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Team‑player mindset comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and organized.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with LLMs/AI models.
- Enthusiasm for exceptional products, deep customer empathy, and keen product intuition.
Work location
This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring three days per week onsite. The specific onsite schedule can be discussed during the interview process.
