Senior Product Manager (18 month contract)
Description
Own and deliver end-to-end Creator Portal and Admin capabilities that support Creator and internal team workflows across multiple studio programs.
Translate platform strategy into roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes, balancing near-term studio launch needs with long-term standardization and reuse.
Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver configuration-first solutions, ensuring new capabilities become reusable patterns for future studios rather than bespoke features.
Directly with studio partners and Central Technology teams to understand program goals, align requirements and dependencies, and support launch planning.
Drive UX consistency and usability by collaborating with design on scalable portal patterns, design system adoption, and studio-specific branding within defined guardrails.
Lead cross-functional planning and delivery, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint goals, dependency management, QA/UAT coordination, risk management, and launch readiness.
Communicate decisions, progress, tradeoffs, risks, milestones, and outcomes clearly to studios, partners, and leadership.
Requirements
4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in gaming, creator ecosystems, user-generated content, digital marketplaces, platform products, or consumer technology.
Experience shipping products that serve multiple teams, programs, or customer groups, where reuse, consistency, and scalability are critical.
Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with the ability to balance standardization and flexibility while building solutions that scale beyond a single use case.
Ability to lead through influence by aligning engineering, design, analytics, and stakeholders around clear priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes in fast-moving environments.
Experience coordinating delivery across engineering, design, analytics, and partner teams, including managing dependencies, tradeoffs, and boundaries between standardized and configurable capabilities.
Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a way that builds alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills
Relevant domain exposure in gaming, creator ecosystems, user-generated content, marketplaces, or consumer platforms is helpful but not required.
