Senior, Product Management (New York or Johns Creek)
Job Overview
The Senior, Product Manager owns short-term product roadmaps with hybrid responsibility for both Allocation strategy and execution. Strong candidates demonstrate a proven ability to understand business needs and end-user requirements, while effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams (including Technology, UI/UX, and business stakeholders) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all defined requirements. Passion for building great products and solving business problems is key for success in this role.
What You Will Do
- Orchestrate cross-functional projects with support from senior leaders.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance both customer and colleague experiences.
- Take leadership over complex product areas, which may involve leading as a senior PM.
- Collaborate with business partners to orchestrate cross-functional projects.
- Take ownership of the agenda in large team settings, driving conversations and decision-making.
- Prioritize analyses to guide the roadmap effectively and structure AB tests.
- Pressure test engineers and contribute to technical requirements.
- Structure discovery processes to yield deep insights that impact the product roadmap.
- Gather input from various internal stakeholders and external resources while staying updated on industry trends.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Cook up with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and on-scope delivery of their work.
