Senior Product Liability Attorney

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Products Liability and/or Commercial Litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Strong case management and strategic litigation skills
• Experience drafting dispositive motions, briefs, correspondence, and discovery responses
• Experience managing document collection, review, and production
• Familiarity with causation analysis, failure analysis, or similar technical issues
• Experience with multidistrict litigation (MDL) and/or coordinated state court proceedings
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong client-service orientation and collaborative mindset
• Active bar membership in their resident jurisdiction, with admission in Washington or California preferred
