Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack applications from the ground up.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Build modern web applications, APIs, and services.
• Modernize existing applications and develop new business capabilities.
• Participate in architecture, deployments, and Agile delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Experience building applications from scratch.
• Ability to work directly with business users and gather requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern development practices.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is a plus.

Preferred

• Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
• Experience modernizing enterprise applications.
• Background leading technical initiatives or owning projects end-to-end.
